John 1:4 ( In him was life and the life was the light of men)
In the principle of heaven, to revoke the curse of death ravaging humanity is to die. This death is not the physical death but the death of the flesh while still living. This must happen so that we won’t experience a second death that will usher us into eternal punishment.
This is the death that will make us live permanently in God and revoke the curse of death, so that our name shall be written inside the book of life, written by the Lamb since the foundation of the world; but whoever chose to live in sin and not crucified the flesh shall have their name appear in the book of death.
Before the fall, man was in unhindered fellowship with God, who represents the life in them. The presence of God is what revokes decadence and removes rigor mortis; the breath of God in our first parents is what preserves their souls from experiencing corruption.
Since they disobeyed God and decided to live with their own understanding, God leave them with corrupt mind, making way for their redemption which must take place for man to take his proper position.
Fear of death that is torturing humanity is physical death which has nothing to do with spiritual death without God, the way the absence of God had consequences in this life so also it will have in eternity, whoever lack divine presence are dead when living.
We live once and die once, but this death is the absence of God, if we are not able to reconcile to Him while still living, there is no possibility of reconciliation after death, that’s why we must listen to the truth when we are still alive before its too late.
It’s only who has experience the touch of God that will receive the life of Christ and become partaker of heavenly heritage.
Fear of death comes as a result of partaking of the forbidden fruit, but not afraid of the judgement of God against iniquity: that is why we are trying to hide behind everything that we believe can save us from the wrath of God because of our nakedness that was exposed.
We can’t have the fear of God at heart and still be afraid of death, for to live is Christ and to die is gain inside of Him, death is transition to the other side of eternity which will bring us into enjoyment with God forever.
All sinners are afraid of death, they’re wrongly oriented by their carnal nature which makes them hide inside covenant that will grant them escape, but that kind of covenant with Satan will only strengthen their bondage.
The solution to death while still living is to die and be buried at the feet of the cross of Christ; Jesus show us this example to follow, that if truly we want to avoid death, we need transformation by the power of Calvary, this is the only door that linked to eternity with God.
This is the place where flesh loose it’s power, new nature shall be given; that will live above the desire of the flesh and the lust of the world.
Pride is no more in control, neither envy or any other manifestation of vanity; this is the place Christ interceded for us at the seat of mercy.
It’s only who partake in this death that won’t witness the second death, they’re born twice and will never die twice, but whoever miss this will become partaker of the second death inside lake of fire.
A seed that is buried will definitely spring up into new life and come out with bountiful harvest, whoever is not born again can’t produce any fruit for God, all his work will drift toward his fallen nature and become corrupt.
The curse of death was issued in Eden against human disobedience to the law of God; the only thing that will revoke it is the shedding of blood; it’s only the son of the living God that his blood is capable of doing the remission because His blood is incorruptible and can run from generations to generations of those who will be redeemed by it.
Whoever is not born again and receive new nature is not fit to live, it’s that new nature that will beat the power of death, and become preservative that’ll keep us closer to God.
Our first parents sin and were chased out of Eden, this was the beginning of decadence, naturally and spiritually, life of man no longer last, since evil start multiplying, the light of God which is the life of men is growing dimmer to make life span grow shorter.
Christ came to put end to it by arresting the power of death with His death and disgrace the power of the grave in His resurrection, to lose their hold over everyone who approach the Cross and believe in Him.
Even though we live, our life is no longer for us, it belong to God, for we have surrender to Him at the Cross; not we that is living, but Christ living through us; our life is hidden inside God where sin and its consequences won’t locate us.
If you truly desire to live you must die, no other way round: die to sin that’s holding you captive, die to the flesh and the allurement of the world, die to adultery and fornication and every lust that separate man from his Creator; death to covetousness including sin that easily beset.
Your hand will no longer slap anyone because it’s already nailed to the cross, likewise your mouth will cease from gossipping and backbiting because it’s has been crucified with Christ, even your leg won’t take you to the place where the grace won’t follow you, since it has been nailed with Christ.
If you’re dead to the world, lust of the eyes and the pride of life won’t have dominion over you; as Satan is using man as instruments remotely for his purpose, you’re no longer in his service, God want you inside his will and use you for his glory, that is the purpose you were created in the beginning.
You no longer have your own will but the will of the one who send you and to fulfill His purpose.
Satan knows man’s weakness, he designed method to perpetuate their bondage by entering into covenant with them to escape death, no other way to defeat death, if solution is not found in the cross of Christ, man is doom to die eternally separated from God.
Jesus Christ was hanged on the cross to show us the way, he made an example for mankind to follow, no one that is living will see God, only if he die, it’s men that release themselves to the death of the cross that will be able to see His face.
When we die, we lose the affection of the world, what entertained others will no longer amuse us, fashion Industry of the world will not have effect on our relationship with
God, whatever make the world spin won’t appeal to us anymore, since we have shifted our focus to Christ and Him crucified.
Whoever still seek for the approval of the world while working for God is yet to be crucified, any work done in such environments will receive corruption in the end.
There is no way that you will hide your soul inside God that you won’t gain it back, that is the only way prepared by God to deliver our soul from corruption, Jesus said, we won’t experience judgement but from death enter into the life of God.
No one see the face of God and live, this is the principle of heaven to whoever desire life more than self, they experience changes in life that can’t be terminated, since they’re able to see the face of God shining on them and live, and they appeared in His presence in the image of His son, they’ll receive the life that can only be found in the son of God.
Prayer: Father Lord, let my flesh be crucified so that I can live in you forever in Jesus name.
