Complete in Him

Complete in Him

Col 2:10 ( And you are complete in him, which is the head of all principalities and power.)

A man without Christ is incomplete and is outside the perfection of life; Jesus Christ that makes life complete is absent; He is the essence of joy; whoever doesn’t know Him can’t have the fullness of joy.

A fallen man will always fall short of divine glory because of sin; sin is what removed this completeness and turned man to depraved things.

Jesus Christ came to take over His stolen throne in our hearts; it’s only those who surrender totally to Him that will receive His fullness, which He released at the cross for man’s total perfection and make him complete for the purpose he was created for.

Our fallen nature, inherited from the serpent, removed God from the throne to place things there; whatever is occupying it won’t be sufficient to take the place of God. That is why those who are without God are always wanting.

The souls desire things they couldn’t understand; unless Jesus has his way, the life of man is useless.

The gulf created in the soul by the absence of God will still be craving for it’s owner; this is the origin of religion. Until the owner takes over, life will remain halfway to the top.

Those who place things or men where God is supposed to be can never be satisfied; nothing can take the place of God; the inner sanctum of the heart belongs to Him alone.

There was a great separation that happened in the fall; man was created to be totally dependent on God; he chose to have confidence in himself and abandoned his source to listen to the inner voice directed by the serpent; he surely wants to be like gods.

This made a change that removed God from the center; the owner of life departed and turned man to living dead.

Religion is a way created by fallen nature to seek the presence of God. The heart of man is wallowing blindly in the wilderness of life, searching for a way out of his predicament and to bring back his completeness.

Instead, the gulf is becoming wider; the more we search for him in our depraved nature, the more he moves far away from us, until Christ came down to bridge the gulf with His cross.

God became man for man to have the image of God by nature exchanged at the cross for those who approached the place for complete fulfilment.

God is there calling our attention to His side; whoever regards the call will have his life return back to him and come in alignment with his purpose on earth, but anyone who denounces Him denounces the reason he came to the world.

Those who claimed that no man can be perfect in this life are yet to visit Calvary, the place of abandonment, where fallen nature is abandoned to pick the new nature of Christ that brings the perfection God desires from man.

The purpose of man is inside God; those who failed to seek him lack the peace that surpasses human comprehension.

Jesus Christ is the life of man; whoever lacks His presence lacks true life. He is the bread of life and the living water; whoever doesn’t know him will die thirsty and suffer hunger that will last forever.

Jesus is the light that shines in darkness; His knowledge illuminates man out of darkness and opens the understanding that liberates one out of total darkness of the world; His absence extends to the world below that will make a person dwell in total darkness forever.

It’s very difficult to get man out of their stolen throne; that’s why it’s not easy to get man born again. Man wants to have his own share in controlling his life, which is practically impossible to do where God reigns.

He wants to share the steering wheel of his life with God; this is absolutely impossible; total surrender brings total completeness; this can only be achieved by the perfect works of Calvary.

There is much trouble in the world because people rejected the prince of peace. They forsake the fountain of living water to make a broken cistern for themselves. How will they have peace where the prince of peace is rejected?

The trouble that permeates every area now is the absence of Christ. A little knowledge of him will illuminate and bring peace that surpasses human understanding; if a little faith like a grain of mustard seed can remove a mountain, how much more of a deeper knowledge of Him and His purpose?

Men are searching for knowledge here and there but have rejected the fountain of knowledge that will bring about their perfection at the throne of grace.

There is no amount of riches or human influence that will bring man to fulfillment; it’s not determined by man’s effort but the work of grace to become what’s written by heaven.

Incomplete life is indicating the absence of God; man will always fall short of one thing or the other if he is out of God’s will; until we’re justified by Him by surrendering totally at the cross, we can’t be glorified and elevated to become His image and His likeness; it’s through His image that we become perfect and not wanting of anything good; it’s inside of Him that comes our completeness.

Prayer: Father lord, make me complete in you in Jesus name, amen.
