ON THE OFFENSIVE OR DEFENSIVE 3?

A Christian that wants to be on the offensive side in this battle must follow the will of their Lord, the leader of the heavenly host; by doing His will you’ll incur Satan’s wrath, but not abiding in the Lord’s will is going to put you in devil’s prison, no middle ground.

Satan is not angry at you when you practice Christianity at your own pace and you aren’t affecting the lives of others positively.

He will leave you to do it softly if you don’t try to venture into his territory by releasing his captive.

The moment you extend the light in you for others to see way out of their problems, by doing good and praying for their deliverance, you become His next target.

This kind of Christian is lukewarm; they’re the type that Jesus will spew out of His mouth: the Bible says, Let your light so shine before men through your good works that men will glorify your father in heaven; those who hid their light under the bushels shall be put off.

As you don’t follow the law and the prophets by doing to others what you want them to do to you, you’re safe inside that cage of selfishness.

The moment you’re enlightened and try to open spiritual understanding of others and bring them out of darkness, you become a target of the devil’s arrow.

This is what the apostles did that made them incur the wrath of Satan; they were freed and tried to set others free from demonic captivity.

Most Christians are at peace as long as they don’t care for the welfare of others, but that is a dangerous side to be, because it will put them on the wrong side of God.

If we rely on our own conditions to make heaven and not mind the wretched conditions of others that are languishing in the prisons of affliction, we are working in alignment with Satan to alter the cause of the kingdom and make the blood of Christ none effective.

We can’t allow His blood to be wasted by not accomplishing it’s ancient purpose in man’s life; this is how we expand His kingdom on earth and depopulate hell.

I read about John Wesley, the great missionary in Britain; whenever he went out to preach, he would come back with tattered and dirty clothes, smeared with eggs thrown at him on his mission.

Why is it now that ministers of God walk on red carpets to minister to others? They’re even collecting honorary for their ministry.

No wonder our gospel no longer carries power to save, nor has the ability to pull down Satan’s stronghold, because our works are all rooted in the activities of our fallen nature.

As a believer in Christ, any herbalist that enters your domain must prepare for exit because two drivers can’t be in a vehicle and two kings can’t rule a domain unless he is ready to surrender under the most superior power.

I remember living in an environment where this false prophet came to establish his stronghold at the back of my house where he was duping people and collecting their money.

I was angry in my spirit, and I thought it wasn’t proper to stay in the same environment with this kind of depraved people. I started praying every morning to pull down their stronghold before sweeping the compound.

It got to a stage that they sent their emissary to seek for me in the house, saying their herbalist told them that I was the person blocking their way and was disturbing their business.

I even thought they came to fight, not knowing that they came to beg me and try to bribe me with a gift of a phone and pay money for a recharge card weekly if I could stop my spiritual battle against them.

I told them to get out of my way, and I don’t need their things; they should go and meet their herbalist to help them sort it out if he truly has the power.

They later went and came back to pack all their load early in the morning when no one was watching; as they saw me sweeping, they quickly ran when no one was pursuing them.

We need power in this end time if we truly want to dismantle the reigns of darkness in our community.

If an agent of darkness enters your community, it’s either he leaves or surrenders under the authority of God and gives his life.

This is the reason our LORD empowered us with the Holy Spirit to rise above all challenges and live above mediocrity—that wherever we step our foot, we must possess it for Christ.

God can’t come down; He has delegated power to us as His representatives and His ambassadors to rule the earth on His behalf.

Wherever we are, the kingdom of heaven is established, and the kingdom of darkness must disappear because we are the light in the world.

Prayer: My Father and my God, don’t allow your light in me to go dim in Jesus name, amen.
