God is going to judge each person not because you’re deceived but because you are allowing deception to have its way in you through your cooperation.
The Bible says, you shall know the truth and the truth will set you free. This freedom is from deception, from all the lies of Satan he uses to caged humanity.
You deceived yourself by wishing that your lies should become the truth, you deceive yourself when you’re pretending to be who you’re not.
A goat can’t act like a lion. When the real lion appears, he will pick his race; those who pretend to be who they’re not shall be exposed when the fire of Judgement descends to expose what they do in secret.
There are many of them in Christianity; it’s when a refinery fire exposes them that people will know who they truly are.
There was a lady who approached me for deliverance many years ago.
She confesses that some demons have inhabited her body since when she was small, and these demons used her body to wreak havoc in the night while she was sleeping.
I asked about her involvement in this, but she denied ever knowing what was happening; she said she only knew the time those spirits were going out and coming in.
I believe her due to my ignorance about spiritual battles.
Then, when she was about to die of sickness, she said there was an angel beside her telling her to confess all her atrocities, or else she would find herself in hell.
Then she started confessing all she did in the kingdom of darkness, how she touched some people’s lives for destruction, and how she killed her husband.
Then the person sitting beside her said, so you have been attending witchcraft meetings all this while; then she said, who is a witch that doesn’t attend meetings?
So all this while, she has been deceiving herself saying she doesn’t know anything, that it was demons in her that acted on their own, she was hiding whatever she did for the kingdom of darkness and not exposing them.
Many are there in the church like this lady, it’s the mercy of God that found her out before she died to make her confess and repent of her evilness.
Heaven is real, and so is hell; you choose where you’re going by your attitude to the truth, not by what you confess from your mouth.
If you know the truth and accept it the way it is, definitely you will have freedom from every deceitfulness.
God placed a curse on Adam because they allowed themselves to be deceived when God told them what to do, but deliberately disobeyed.
Allowed to be deceived is rebellion of the highest order; you know the truth, but you choose to follow lies.
Why are you deceiving yourself, you know the exact solution to your problem but keep on avoiding it because you know that truth is bitter and not easy to swallow! It’s not easy to take drugs for sickness; the bitterness might put you off, but in the end, after taking it, it will bring relief.
You want the easiest way to come out of your predicaments, but there is no easy way to succeed in life; work comes before success.
It’s better to swallow that shame now and be free than for you to cry had I know forever in hell fire.
