John 17:22 ( And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one.)
God has attributes that distinguish Him to be God, which He can’t share with anyone, but He only shares some of them with his children that’ll make them identify with Him and give them the tickets of fellowship with Him in heaven.
These are the attributes that He has alone and can’t share with anyone, like infinitude, immensity, omnipotence, immanence with sovereignty, and some others. This is what He can’t share with any of His creatures; whichever creature wants to show any of these is manifesting the counterfeit; this is what Satan does to deceive souls.
But holiness, perfection, and righteousness with mercy and grace, love, wisdom, and faithfulness are what He shared with anyone who has been grafted into His family, and no one has it except through the work of new birth and regeneration. Whoever tries to counterfeit it without any relationship with Christ is a fake who can’t maintain it for long.
Satan’s agents fake it to drag souls with them to the bottomless pit.
A Christian that lacks all this doesn’t belong to Him; this is the measure of knowing who belongs to his side.
A Christian who doesn’t share in His attributes can’t become a partaker of His glory in His kingdom.
This is what brings a father-son relationship; a Christian that doesn’t have it will remain a servant and will never receive the spirit of adoption.
We have God’s righteousness the day we give our life to God; that is what makes us present ourselves before the throne of grace to obtain mercy and favour. Man’s righteousness is just like filthy rags.
We all must possess these as Christians. That is why the message of the gospel is to bring man back to the position they lost in Eden and bring them to a Father-son relationship with God.
We obtain the righteousness of God the day we surrender to His lordship, and the spirit of love is imputed, which makes us love God and love human beings as ourselves, no matter their circumstances.
Transformation to His image and His attributes started as we live in His word daily and abide in His presence to obey all His commandments; this is the growth that’ll bring us to the level of Christ’s stature; if any Christian lacks any of this, he is none of His and will become cast away from His presence.
Christians are house built to contain the God whose heaven and earth can’t contain; we are being built according to the measure of Christ; this is what’ll permit us to contain God. It’s because many Christians are yet to be built in His stature; that is why they turned to the habitation of evil spirits and every filthy thing of the world.
This is what the devil took advantage of since many Christians won’t allow the spirit of God to build them up; there is no empty vessel; it’s either you’re contained by demons or habits the spirit of God.
Jesus Christ entered the temple and chased all those who were buying and selling; this signifies the temple of our lives. Before we can manifest the presence of God with all His attributes, strangers must be chased out of their hidden closet in our body.
Manifestation of God’s attributes in Christians shows that God lives in them to reconcile every creature to His side through their behaviour and character to men out there.
It’s not only in words but in deeds that’ll show that we truly belong to Him.
You can’t claim to be holy when the spirit of envy and jealousy is manifesting in you. Who do you resemble with that kind of attitude?
Any manifestation of the works of the flesh will disqualify one from entering into His presence.
Love is the fulfilment of the law; this is what brings your completion of divine attributes.
It’s what builds Christians to fulfil all righteousness and make one to be complete in Him.
Love is what builds our oneness with Christ; whoever doesn’t have it doesn’t belong to Him.
