John 5:25 ( Verily verily I say unto you, the hour is coming and now is when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God and they that hear shall live)
It’s natural for a corpse to bring maggots and flies; it can’t be avoided unless it’s put inside a mortuary with embalmment’s, but the odor will ooze out for the people to perceive.
Whoever applies religion with ethics to solve the issue of life without the power of resurrection and life is deceiving themselves; it’s like putting a corpse inside a mortuary for preservation; it’s only maggots and flies that won’t be visible, but decadence will still take place.
Every human being living on earth without the power of regeneration is already living inside a spiritual grave waiting to be disposed of in the physical mortuary when the time comes.
I had a revelation after I gave my life to Christ many years ago.
I was lying with a multitude inside a place with white grave clothes covering every one of us from head to toe; we were all covered like Egyptian mummies, I couldn’t see my surroundings, but I was aware of what was going on there with all my senses intact.
There are some men there parking people one by one inside somewhere like a mortuary; when it remains like three persons to reach my turn, I started thinking, how would I die like this without having relationships with Christ Jesus?
Then, one spirit told me to ask for the forgiveness of all my sins. By the time I finished asking God to forgive me, my spirit just told me to start pleading for the blood of Jesus Christ, which I did.
The moment I started pleading with the blood of the Lamb, I felt a surge in my body, and the grave clothes started rolling away from my face and through all my body; then I got up and started praising God, and that is when I woke up.
It now dawned on me when the spirit of God started interpreting the dream to me.
Every human being is on a dead row; we are moving gradually towards the grave, not knowing who comes next.
The grave clothes that covered Christians are the works of the flesh manifesting in our lives, which blocked our spiritual eyes from understanding what is happening around us spiritually.
It’s because I’m a Christian that I was able to notice all that is going on in the surroundings; the case of unbelievers is not the same.
They are dead, and their souls don’t have any contact with their spiritual environment.
Many are born again but are still living in the flesh; this is the situation of Christians who go to church but cover themselves with the activities of their carnal nature.
When Lazarus was raised from the dead, his body was still covered with grave clothes, but Jesus asked the people around him to remove it.
How many of us are still going about with this type of clothes on us, which close our spiritual eyes to see our real nature?
It’s the application of the blood that removed it from my body when he performed its ancient works of cleansing and destroying the influence of the flesh over my soul.
The reason many of us are still moving about with this strange clothing is that we aren’t ready to let go of our secret sin and apply the blood to perform its works.
Many have experienced the power of resurrection, but they’re still operating in the flesh; they come to church and listen to sermons, but their character never changes; they still operate in the anointing of old Adam.
They read the Bible but only use it to teach others, not themselves; whenever preaching touches them, they’ll think it’s speaking to the person beside them.
It’s the grave clothes that make you commit fornications and lie with all the amount of the words you have been listening to.
You’re not different from those who appeared in His presence to justify themselves by claiming to eat with Him and even cast out demons in His name, they did all this with their spiritual body covered with grave clothes, no matter what you do for Him and no matter your work in His vineyard, if you refuse to repent genuinely, you’re not different from the dead.
It’s only the souls that grow to reach His stature that will be counted worthy to live in Him; Jesus has no relationship with the dead; he is the God of the living, not the dead.
Whoever still works for Him and is living under the authority of his carnal nature are still walking about covered with grave clothes, if they refuse to remove it, and receive circumcisions for their heart and put on a new garment, when the grim reaper comes, he will count them with the dead and harvest their souls into hell.
No matter your position in the church of God, if this type of clothing is found on your spiritual body, you’re not different from the dead.
